He holds an MBA from the British University in Dubai and international credentials like the Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a member of Engineers Australia and the Society of Engineers UAE. Khayyam brings extensive experience in roles as a main contractor, consultant, and client representative. He specializes in achieving tight deadlines in construction, fit-out, MEP, and civil finishing works across residential, hospitality, educational, and commercial sectors. He also possesses strong expertise in energy efficiency consulting and renewable energy mega projects.

He excels in claims and dispute resolution, contract administration, quantity surveying, and project planning to ensure quality, cost, and timely delivery. Known for his strategic vision, attention to detail, and leadership, Arzath consistently enhances project profitability and quality. He holds an MBA in Project Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, and a BSc Eng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka.
